Aldo first visited and fell in love with Paris more than a decade ago. He returns each year, arriving in different seasons in order to capture the changing moods, colors and lifestyle of this beautiful city known for its historical architecture, fascinating culture, rich history and romance. These changes, which are affected by natural events like the weather and seasons, are captured in Aldo’s awe-inspiring photographs. The Jardin Du Luxembourg, the most fashionable park in Paris, is one of Aldo’s favorite places to photograph. He is inspired by the laid-back way Parisians enjoy leisurely activities; reading books, sitting in the tranquil gardens, the elderly quietly playing chess and other games, couples kissing, oblivious of everyone around them. Aldo has managed to capture the magnificence of everyday Parisian life through his lens. The photographs in this gallery were taken between 2004 and 2008. New images will be added soon.

Medium: Black and White film, Kodak Tri-x, 35mm and 120 medium format. Images may appear too bright or too dark on your screen depending on the calibration of your monitor, however the final prints are guaranteed to be faithful to the original image.
